The writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to restore the Kattaneri Kanmai Channel Survey No.1108 without modifying the naturally formed way as per Map No.12 Reg. No.3524 of Assistant Director of Madras Survey, Chennai in the year of 1912 in Moovarai Ventran Village, Virudhunagar District.
