ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file the final report in connection with the Crime No.271 of 2012 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kovilpatti.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police have already completed the investigation and filed closure report as ' Action Dropped'.

3. In view of the same nothing survives in these petitions and the same is dismissed.
