ORDER

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.522 of 2015, dated 15.09.2015 on the file of the second respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, the respondent police conducted enquiry and closed the complaint as 'further action droped' on 29.05.2018 and filed a Referred ChargeSheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.5, Madurai. 3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
