The writ petitioner submitted an application on 12.08.2021 to the first respondent for payment of advance amount from the accumulation of employee's contribution stood in the petitioner's E.P.F. Account No.6955/52262 PF/EXEM/TN/MD/6882. However, no orders have been passed so far.

2.In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to consider the said application submitted by the petitioner on 12.08.2021 and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
