Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Ramanathapuram to proceed the cases in M.C.No.31 of 2012 on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Ramanathapuram expeditiously and direct the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Ramanathapuram to dispose the case within the time frame fixed by this Honourable Court. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramanathapuram to dispose of the M.C.No.31 of 2012 which was filed by the petitioner under section 128 of Cr.P.C to enforce the order of maintenance.

2. It is seen from the records that this petition is pending from the year 2012 and no final order has been passed till date. It is true that the court below is attempting to direct the respondent to pay maintenance amount to the petitioner. However, it is seen from the B- diary extract that the respondent is not making payment regularly.

3. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramanathapuram is directed to complete the proceedings in M.C.No. 31 of 2012 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
