ORDER : The Court made the following order :- 1/4

The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6352 of 2026 dated 01.04.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions. Further, the investigation is pending.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6352 of 2026 dated 01.04.2026. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 6352 of 2026 dated 01.04.2026 is modified as ''the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required.''
