ORDER

This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram in Crl.M.P.No.1437 of 2018 dated 09.08.2018.

2.The Court below while granting bail, directed the petitioner to appear before the Nagoor Police Station, Nagapattinam daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is abiding the condition regularly. Since he is the breadwinner of the family, the said condition imposed on the petitioner may be modified. 3.This Court considered the request made by the petitioner and inclined to modify the condition. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to report before the Magistrate concerned on every Monday and Friday of English calender month until further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
