ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking extension of the time fixed by this Court vide order dated 15.04.2026 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 7155 of 2026, wherein the petitioner was directed to deposit 20% of the cheque amount on or before 27.04.2026.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a single woman and finds it very difficult to arrange the money, and therefore seeks further time to deposit the said amount.

3. Considering the reasons assigned in the present petition, the time period for depositing 20% of the cheque amount is hereby extended till 15.06.2026. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 03.06.2026 gvn Note :
