O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.09.2017 in respect of allotment of one Shop to the Petitioner in the Chinnamanur Bus Stand, Theni District.

2. Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for R1 and Mr.M.Karuppasamy Pandian for R2. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that auction in respect of the shop is scheduled to be conducted shortly and the petitioner is inclined to participate in the ensuing auction.

4. At this juncture, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for R1 and the learned counsel for R2 would submit that the respondents have no objection in respect of participation of the petitioner in the forthcoming auction along with other participants.

5. Recording the said statement, this petition is disposed of. No costs.
