ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 408, 420, 468 and 471 I.P.C, in Crime No.363 of 2013, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner misappropriated to the tune of Rs.6,45,831/- by forging the signature of the Panchayat President. Hence, the complaint.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

4. This Court has already dismissed the anticipatory bail petition in two occasions and there is no change in circumstances in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ this case. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant

anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
