Nadu(Criminal Side) Prayer:

To modify the condition imposed by this Honourable Court passed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No. 5838 of 2026 in Crl.A.(MD)No.338 of 2026, on 15.04.2026 that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs. 25,000/- with two sureties,of whom,one should be a blood relative, for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Special Court for trial of Cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Theni District.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble N.Anand Venkatesh J.) This petition has been filed to modify one of the condition that was imposed by this Court to the effect that out of the two sureties one of the surety shall be the blood relative.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. Considering the grounds raised in this petition, the condition No.9 (i) imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.5838 of 2026 dated 15.04.2026 is modified as follows:

The petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on executing a bond for Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Special Court for trial of Cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Theni District.

The other conditions imposed by this Court shall stand as it is.
