Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 307, 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.259 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is running a business of furniture store room at Vervilambi nearby market. The petitioners came to the defacto complainant's store and demanded a sum of Rs.2,000/- from the defacto complainant and also they attacked the defacto complainant with iron rod and stick and scolded with filthy language. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent would submit that the first accused is having 6 previous

cases, the second accused is having 7 previous cases and third accused is having 5 previous cases.

4.Considering the serious nature of allegations made against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
