ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.16037 of 2025 in Crl.A. (MD).No.1170 of 2025 dated 09.01.2026, in and by which, the petitioner 1/4

was directed to appear before trial Court, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Counsel for State of Tamil Nadu (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has regularly complied with the condition.

3. Since it is reported that the petitioner has regularly complied with the condition, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P. (MD).No.16037 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD).No.1170 of 2025 dated 09.01.2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a month, i.e. on the first working day of every English Calender month, at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal and on further condition that the petitioner shall not visit the occurrence village and not disturb the survivor (victim girl) at any point of time.
