RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time limit granted by this Honble Court with regard to the execution of sureties in the order of anticipatory bail in Crl.OP.(MD).No.10459 of 2022 dt.14.6.2022.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KESAVAN A, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. Since the petitioners could not able to arrange the sureties in time, they are unable to execute the sureties within the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.10459 of 2022 dated 14.06.2022.

3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 14.06.2022 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.10459 of 2022 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
