ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD) No.4142 of 2026, dated 25.02.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition and the fact of pending investigation in this case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition No.6(c) imposed on the petitioners to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30a.m., for a period of thirty days, thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. Other conditions imposed in the said order shall remain intact.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
