ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.8950 of 2025 in Crl.A. 1/4

(MD)No.382 of 2025 dated 18.03.2026, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has regularly complied with the condition for the past 65 days.

3. Since it is reported that the petitioner has regularly complied with the condition for the past 65 days, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.8950 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.382 of 2025 dated 18.03.2026, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a month, i.e. on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 01.06.2026 ogy 2/4
