SENTHIL KUMAR.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.9721 of 2022 dated 23.06.2022, in which, this Court has directed the petitioner to appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Trichy.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is working at Chennai and he is unable to comply the conditions prescribed by this Court.

3.Considering the avocation of the petitioner, this petition is allowed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai daily at 10.30am, until further orders and the other conditions remains https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.8273 of 2022 unaltered. Further, the time to execute sureties is also extended for a period of fifteen days, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
