ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD) No.5062 of 2026, dated 12.03.2026.

2. In the order, dated 12.03.2026, in condition No.6(b), the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- to the credit of the POCSO Victim Girl account.

3.Considering the reasons stated by the petitioner in the petition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition No.6(b) imposed in the order, dated 12.03.2026 to the effect that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) instead of Rs. 25,000/- to the credit of POCSO Victim Girl account. The other conditions imposed in the said order shall remain intact. 2/4

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
