ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court, in its order dated 20.04.2026 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.23666 of 2025, whereby the petitioner was directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition for more than 115 days without any default and has cooperated with the enquiry. He further submitted that the petitioner, being the mother of two children, is unable to appear before the respondent police daily. Hence, she seeks modification of the said condition.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police.

4. Considering the reasons stated by the petitioner in the present petition, condition No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.23666 of 2025, dated 20.04.2026, is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m. on the first day of every English calendar month until the filing of the charge sheet.

5. All other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered.
