ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the impugned G.O(MS).(1D).No.218, School Educatiion (Pa ka. (1) Department), dated 20.06.2019 issued by the 1st Respondent State Government, Quash the same insofar as clause 9 (iv) is concerned and further direct the respondents to permit the petitioners to participate in the Mutual Transfer Counseling as per the schedule.

2. The petitioners approached this Court to permit the petitioners to participate in the mutual transfer as per G.O(MS). (1D).No.218, School Education (Pa ka. (1) Department), dated 20.06.2019. It is submitted that the petitioners have made an application dated 26.02.2019 in this regard, but, so far, the respondents have not chosen to pass any orders in this matter.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered immediately.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.02.2019 and pass appropirate orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith, in any event, not later than 13.07.2019.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
