Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.A.JOEL PAUL ANTONY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10376 of 2022 on 13.06.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and charge sheet filed and taken on file.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.10376 of 2022 on 13.06.2022 is relaxed and the petitioner shall https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.8069 of 2022 report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation and appear before the concerned Court, on receipt of summons.
