(MD) No.10413 of 2022 dt. 13/06/2022 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JOEL PAUL ANTONY.A, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed upon the petitioners.

2.Now the grievance of the petitioners is that the respondent police has registered another case in Crime No.156 of 2022 against the first petitioner and in so far as the second petitioner/A3Suresh is concerned, he is a college going student. So the condition imposed upon the petitioners can be modified. 3.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is allowed and the petitioners shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate, Thottiyam, Trichy District once in a week I.e https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.8063 of 2022 on every Sunday at 10.00 am until further orders, instead of appearing before the respondent police.
