2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police raised an objection to relax condition imposed on the petitioner.

4. In view of the same, the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD). No. 14224 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD). No. 1093 of 2025 is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before The Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under the POCSO Act, Tirunelveli, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
