P RAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 12.07.2021 submitted before the 2nd respondent, at any rate, within a time frame to be fixed by this court and calling upon the 2nd respondent to reconsider order No.Estt/WWB/WP/2012/6089-92 dated 23 Nov 2012 in the light of the communication issued by the Deputy Director General training, Ministry of Skill development and Entrepreneurship bearing No.DGT-7(16)/2012CD dated 06.11.2015 and to issue orders appointing the applicant as HC(WKSP) with effect from 10.03.2007 also to authorize promotion to the petitioner as Sub Inspector (WKSP) with effect from the date the four other people got promoted, ie., from 2017 and to revise the pension and other retirement benefits on the basis of his Notional promotion to the post of SI, and to release all consequential arrears.
