(This writ petition is heard through Video Conference) It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the General Body Meeting has been convened, which is the subject matter of challenge in this writ petition. Since the General Body Meeting has been convened, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has now became infructuous. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the Resolution passed in the General Body Meeting on 01.11.2020.
