ORDER

The petitioner has challenged the order dated 10.04.2017, passed by the second respondent and sought for a direction to appoint her as Noon Meal Worker in Panchayat Union Elementary School, Paaraipatti.

2.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, the learned counsel, who takes notice on behalf of the second respondent, on instruction from the second respondent submits that the qualification for Noon Meal Worker is that the applicant should have been either passed or failed in Standard V as per G.O.Ms.No.163 Social Welfare and Nutritious Food Scheme (NFS.2) Department dated 18.08.2010, but the petitioner has discontinued studies in Standard IV and hence is not qualified for the said post.

relief as prayed for in the writ petition and the same is dismissed. No costs.
