Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records from the 1st respondent and impugned award made in I.D.No.77 of 2014 dated 02.03.2016 and quash the same, and directing the 2nd respondent to reinstatement with back wages and all other benefits.

Crl.MP (MD) No.6128 of 2022 in upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.R.PRITHIVIRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.G.PETHANARAJ, Advocate for the 1st respondent, the court made the following order:- Accepting the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees two thousand five hundred only) to the Gandhi Museum, Anna Nagar, Madurai, within a period of two weeks from today and file a memo/compliance in the Registry.
On receipt of the memo, the Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and print the name of Mr.Pethanaraj learned counsel for the first respondent, at the time of admission.
