ORDER
Seeking police protection apprehending life threat at the hands of private respondents, this petition has been filed. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that apprehending life threat at the hands of the private respondents, the petitioner has sent a representation before the respondent police on 23.05.2023. That was not properly considered. Hence, this petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there is some sort of issue in taking the son of the complainant to Malaysia. Later trouble is arising between them due to some sort of difference of opinion. The parties have given complaint against each other frequently. Later also they entered into compromise. On that ground without any proper basis, the representation has been made by the petitioner stating that his life is under threat at the hands of the private 2/5
respondents. He would further submit that this petitioner already moved Crl.O.P.(MD).No.522 of 2023, seeking direction not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent. That was also disposed of by giving directions. 4.It is not known as to how repeated complaint and counter complaint has been given by both parties, again and again exaggerating the facts as if life threat is made, this representation has been made. In view of the above said enquiry finding, I find absolutely, no reason to grant any police protection to the petitioner. This petition deserves to be dismissed.
5.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed. 15.06.2023 NCC :
