Heard both sides.

2. According to the Petitioner, his appeal dated 17.11.2014 addressed to the Second Respondent/Chief Educational Officer, Sivagangai District is to be considered by the Second Respondent in the manner known to Law and in accordance with law.

3. The grievance of the Petitioner is that even though the Petitioner had filed the appeal as early as on 17.11.2014, the same is pending on the file of the Second Respondent/Chief Educational Officer, Sivagangai District without any progress or disposal. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. At this stage, this Court, without going into the merits and contents of the appeal dated 17.11.2014 filed by the petitioner before the Second Respondent and also not expressing any opinion one way or other in the subject matter in issue, in the interest of justice, fair play, directs the Second Respondent/Chief Educational Officer, Sivagangai District, to look into the appeal of the petitioner dated 17.11.2014 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the Second Respondent/Chief Educational Officer, Sivagangai District is to pass necessary speaking orders on merits (as per Rules and Regulations and in accordance with Law) in the appeal dated 17.11.

2014 (filed by the petitioner) ofcourse after providing necessary opportunity to the petitioner and others concerned, within a period of four weeks thereafter. The Petitioner is directed to lend his assistance and co-operation to the Second Respondent/Chief Educational Officer, Sivagangai District, so as to enable him to dispose of his appeal dated 17.11.2014 within the time determined by this Court.

5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
