The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings of the fourth respondent in Na.Ka.No.1015/2017/,1, dated 06.08.2021 2/5
and quash the same and consequently, direct the fourth respondent to renew the lease of the lease holders of the Association members in accordance with G.O.Ms.92, Municipality Administration and Water Supply Department (eep4) dated 03.07.2007 without insisting for Security Deposit, in respect of shops in the Gandhi Market, Ottanchathiram Municipality, Ottanchathiram, Dindigul District.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the previous building were all demolished and he may be permitted to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
