ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. J. Lawrance, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. P. Kottai Chamy, Government Advocate for the 1st and 2nd respondents, this Court made the following order:

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a coolie worker. Therefore, he could not mobilize the fund and execute the sureties as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.4756 of 2024. Hence, he seeks extension of time to furnish sureties.

2.This Court is not satisfied with the reasons stated in the petition. Therefore this petition is dismissed.
