O R D E R
This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking transfer of the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.539 of 2022 from the 1/4
file of the Family Court, Madurai to the Subordinate Court, Srivilliputhur.
2.Today(19.09.2022), when this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent submit that the matter was referred to Mediation. Accordingly, this Court referred the matter for mediation and on the best efforts taken by Mr.Alaguram Jothi, the parties have resolved the issues and willing to join together. They also filed the settlement agreement before this Court. The respondent has also agreed to withdraw the application filed by him in H.M.O.P.No.539 of 2022 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai and withdraw all the allegations made in the application. This Court places its appreciation to Mr.Alaguram Jothi, who acted as a Mediator and resolved the issue, which is pending between the parties for a long time.

3.In view of the subsequent development, this petition is closed as no further order is required. The settlement agreement shall form part and parcel of this order. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
