*********** [Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Today, when the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, it is reported by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the fourth respondent that steps have already been taken to survey and measure the aforesaid temple land.

2. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the fourth respondent to complete the needful within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
