Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to transfer the petitioner as B.T.Assistant (Science) from R.K.R. Government Higher Secondary School, Thirucharai, Thanjavur District to the other school as mentioned in the petitioner's representation dated 06.05.2016 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court. 2. By consent, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner, in her representation dated 06.05.2016, addressed to the first respondent/Joint Director of School Education (Personnel), Chennai, has sought for transfer near about to her old place and the reason assigned by the petitioner inter-alia in her representation is to the effect that she had served for 3 1/4 years at the transferred place at Thirucherai School and also that she is to look after his sick mother, frequently and ultimately, prayed for consideration of her representation. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner brings it to the notice of this Court that the petitioner in C.C.No.40 of 2012 was acquitted by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tanjavur by means of an order dated 22.07.2014. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Considering the fact that the petitioner's representation dated 06.05.2016 addressed to the first respondent/Joint Director of School Education (Personnel), Chennai is pending as on date without any disposal, at this stage, this Court, in the interest of justice, fair play, directs the first respondent/Joint Director of School Education (Personnel), Chennai, to look into the representation of the petitioner dated 06.05.2016 in an objective and in a dispassionate fashion and to pass necessary orders on merits within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. It is open to the petitioner to sent a copy of the representation dated 06.05.2010 before the first respondent so as to facilitate the first respondent to pass necessary orders without any further loss of time.

6. With the above observation and direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. The connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
