O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has given a complaint against the third respondent before the second respondent police and CSR number has also been assigned to the said complaint. Thereafter, instead of conducting enquiry on the said complaint, the respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of conducting enquiry. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that the only petitioner had given the complaint against the third respondent. Based on that complaint, the second respondent is conducting enquiry. But the petitioner without appearing for enquiry has filed the present petition. He would further submit that the respondent police has not harassed the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) is recorded. Considering the fact that the petitioner has only given the complaint and enquiry on the same is pending, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police and cooperate with the enquiry. The second respondent is directed not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
