This petition has been filed to withdraw the case in I.D.O.P.No.38 of 2023 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Virudhunagar District 1/3

at Srivilliputhur and subsequently transfer the same to any other competent Court in the nearby Kanniyakumari District, more particularly the District Court, Nagercoil.

2.It is seen that the above said I.D.O.P. itself was dismissed for default on 04.07.2023 itself. Hence, the matter has become infructuous. 3.In view of the above, this petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
