ORDER
The petitioner with an allegation that the second respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that the third respondent/wife has lodged a complaint stating that the petitioner/husband has taken the children forcibly from her custody. Further, he submits that the second respondent Police has treated the complaint as petition enquiry in CSR.No.241 of 2025 and issued summon to the petitioner for his appearance. The petitioner, without appearing for the enquiry, has approached this Court, in order to evade the enquiry. 3.Considering the nature of the complaint, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent police and the second respondent is directed not to harass the petitioner. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed.
