2.Today(08.09.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, Registry has put up the case details of O.S.No.13 of 2018, on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Nagercoil, which reveals that the suit in O.S.No.13 of 2018 has already been disposed of on 13.12.2019 itself.

3.The learned counsel appearing on either side has also confirmed the same.
