Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to take necessary action by considering the petitioner's representation dated 01.03.2016 within the time limit fixed by this Honourable Court.

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to take necessary action by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 01.03.2016.

2.Heard Mr.AL.Kannan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.D.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents.

3.According to the petitioner, originally the festival of Arulmighu Muthu Vinayagar Temple is being conducted by all the community people, residing in the petitioner's village. Now, some of the community people are attempting to prevent the scheduled caste community people from entering into the said temple and they are also refusing to collect puli vari from them. Hence, the petitioner has given a representation dated 01.03.2016 to the respondents and the same was not considered so far. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader, for the respondents undertakes to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.03.2016 within a time limit to be fixed by this Court. 5.In view of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.03.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
