To set aside the Judgment and decree in A.S.No.60 of 2011 on the file of the Sub Judge, Kuzhithurai, dated 28.11.2017 reversing the decree and judgment in O.S.No.354 of 2006 on the file of 1st Additional District Munsif Court, Kuzhithurai, dated 28.02.2011 and allow this second appeal.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.SELVAKUMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 102 days in representing the Second Appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The reason stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, is satisfactory and accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay of 102 days is condoned, on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the credit of the Hon'ble Chief Justice Relief Fund on or before 10.09.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
