ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking orders to call for the records relating to the impugned notice issued by the second respondent vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1751/2020, dated 19.10.2020 on the file of the second respondent and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e., 08.12.2022) the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that in the impugned notice, the petitioner was directed to appear before the second respondent on 22.10.2020, was already expired and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 08.12.2022 das 2/4
