The petitioner has approached this Court that the respondent Police is interfering in a civil dispute and harassing her under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that a criminal case has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.352 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 147, 448, 294(b), 324 and 506(2) IPC and Section 4 of TNPWH Act.

3. Since the FIR has been registered against the petitioner, the petitioner shall work out her remedy in the manner known to law. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is closed. 01.07.2024 Index : Yes / No.
