3.Subbaiah ..Respondents PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the 2nd respondent to discontinue their involvement and interference in getting vacated the premises bearing Shop Nos.52 and 53 situated at Taiyal Nayagi Vegetable Market, Alangulam, Tirunelveli District by the petitioner at the instance of the respondent No.3 and also the harassment being made forthwith by them.

This petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to discontinue their involvement and interference in getting vacated the premises bearing Shop Nos.52 and 53 situated at Taiyal Nayagi Vegetable Market, Alangulam, Tirunelveli District by the petitioner at the instance of the respondent No.3 and also the harassment being made forthwith by them.

3.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, an enquiry has been conducted as against the petitioner and the same is closed.

4.Recording the same, this criminal original petition is closed.
