Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to pay wages to the petitioner from 20.10.2015 to till date and also direct the respondents to give his post of Secretary to the petitioner.

ORDER

On the face of it, this Writ Petition is not maintainable. However, the petitioner has come to this Court, while his previous impugned order of challenge of suspension is already pending before this Court. The only prayer in the present Writ Petition is that pursuant to the order of stay granted in the earlier Writ Petition against the order of suspension order, he was not paid with salary, for that, the petitioner need not file a separate Writ Petition, he could have moved an appropriate application in the pending Writ Petition itself, which he failed to do so.

2. In the result, this Writ Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate application in the pending Writ Petition. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
