2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.55 of 2022, which was registered against the accused persons, for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b) and 323 of IPC and Section 4 of TNPWH Act. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after lapse of four months, there is no progress in the investigation. Hence, this petition. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police seeks three months time to complete the investigation and file a final report. 4.Considering the nature of crime, three months time is granted to complete the investigation and to file final report in Crime No.55 of 2022, Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. 14.07.2022 Internet:Yes./No Index:Yes/no vsd 2/4
