second respondent made in Na.Ka.Ta3/276/15, dated 17.11.2015 and directing the first respondent to take necessary action against the fourth respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel for the respondents 3 and 4.

3.In proceedings of the second respondent adverted to, the second respondent has impressed upon the third respondent that the need to avoid open defecation and putting up of constructions towards such purpose. Proceedings of the third respondent, dated 26.12.2017 in Na.Ka.B3/3403/2017, informs that the matter has received due consideration.

4.Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the third respondent that the construction of building towards the purpose would be completed within the financial year 2018-2019, this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
