ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to protect the petitioner and his family members from the respondents 4 to 7 and to give police protection, by considering his complaint dated 23.04.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the petitioner is having a property dispute with his father and brothers. The petitioner's complaint was treated as petition enquiry in CSR No.146 of 2025 and the petitioner and the private respondents have been summoned for enquiry. However, the petitioner has not appeared for the enquiry. Whereas, the private respondents have appeared for the enquiry and they have submitted that the property in dispute is their ancestral property, 2/4

however, patta stands in the petitioner's name. Taking advantage of the same, the petitioner wants to sell the property.

3. Considering the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to workout his remedy before the Civil Court.
