Respondents in both the petitions Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records in connection with the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent vide proceedings ref.No.5059/2016/F2 and ref.No.5064/2016/F2, respectively, dated 18.05.2016 and quash the same. For Petitioners : Mr.Niranjan S.Kumar in both the petitions Order (Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J) Learned counsel for the petitioners has made an endorsement indicating that he is withdrawing the writ petitions with liberty to file appropriate appeal.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners are given time till 1st July 2016 to file an appeal before the statutory authority.
