When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Veilmuthu, learned Counsel for Revision Petitioner submitted that Petitioner/Sole Accused got acquitted from the charges by Trial Court. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present petition. He also made the following endorsement:
"Trial concluded I have been acquitted of all charges. Hence present petition become infructuous." 2.
Mr.M.Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate for Respondent concurred with the submissions made by learned Counsel for Revision Petitioner.
