2.Mr.Senthil Kumar, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent and submits that as against the order passed by this Court in WP(MD) No.24003 of 2016, dated 13.12.2023, writ appeal in WA(MD) No.1857 of 2024 has been filed and an order of interim stay has also been granted by the Honourable Division Bench of this Court in CMP(MD) No.14048 of 2024 in WA(MD) No.1857 of 2024, dated 16.10.2024.

3.Since the matter has been seized of by the Honourable Division Bench of this Court in WA(MD) No.1857 of 2024, this contempt petition is closed.
